In Uruguay, the professional leagues are at a standstill this weekend after Nacional defender Juan Izquierdo collapsed unconscious in a Copa Libertadores match in Sao Paolo (2-0 for Sao Paulo) on Friday.

In this condition, the 27-year-old was taken to the intensive care unit of the Albert Einstein Hospital, where he was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat.

According to Nacional, Izquierdo's condition is stable and he will be monitored for 72 hours.
