Vienna: Dealer sold drugs to twelve-year-old

On Thursday afternoon, a 29-year-old man was arrested in Vienna-Landstraße after several baggies containing drugs were found in his possession. Upon closer investigation, it turned out that he had already sold drugs several times to a twelve-year-old who was considered missing.

The officers were originally alerted to Fruethstraße because young people were allegedly handling a knife in the street. Once there, the police encountered a 29-year-old and a twelve-year-old. Several baggies containing drugs, cash in typical scene denominations and three folding knives were seized from the 29-year-old.

29-year-old arrested
Nothing was found on the twelve-year-old, but he stated during questioning that he had already bought and consumed drugs from the suspect several times in the past. The 29-year-old was provisionally arrested.

Twelve-year-old also charged
He himself is preparing the charges. This was followed by charges of selling narcotics and violating the Weapons Act. The twelve-year-old was also charged under the Narcotics Act. It was also discovered that he had been reported as missing. He was handed over to the guardian.
