After sanctions
Rapid fans: Hunt for members of the senate with posters
"Wanted posters" after members of the criminal senate could now have expensive legal repercussions for the authors.
There is still excitement in Hütteldorf. After the derby scandal - Rapid beat Austria 3:0 on February 25 - players and an assistant coach of the Green-Whites attracted attention with homophobic chants and other insults.
Sanctions against players and officials
The Bundesliga reacted accordingly, banning several players and an assistant coach. These sanctions were presumably a thorn in the side of some Rapid fans.
"wanted posters" put up
Because last week, "wanted posters" with the names and photos of the eight members of the Bundesliga's criminal senate were suddenly found near the stadium - including a call to the Rapid West Stand to disclose the whereabouts of those named.
A statement of facts will be sent to the Vienna public prosecutor's office for criminal investigation.

"Not necessarily a subtle threat"
According to the police: "A statement of facts will be forwarded to the Vienna public prosecutor's office for criminal investigation." Top lawyer Nikolaus Rast: "Every person depicted on the poster can now take civil and criminal action against it. Claims for compensation for pain and suffering or damages could be made against the perpetrator(s)." And the lawyer knows: "If you know the scene, then you have to speak of an obvious incitement to violence." This opens up many other legal possibilities.
Rapid fans are up in arms
The ÖFB condemns the hostility towards the committee in the strongest possible terms in a press release. SK Rapid has also distanced itself from the content disseminated. The Rapid fans themselves are also up in arms after this action. According to one supporter, many of those in the West Block are just shaking their heads. Austria does not want to comment, as it is an internal Rapid matter.
Some of the Hütteldorfer have probably not learned from the sanctions, as objects were also thrown at a corner kick during the match against LASK. In addition, the ÖFB, Bundesliga and journalists were "greeted in a less than charming manner" with banners.
