Once again, the leisure center at Schwarzlsee will be transformed into a hotspot for the international mixed martial arts scene. For the 15th time since 2007, Austria's MMA pioneers Gerhard and Michael Ettl are hosting their Cage Fight Series (CFS), one of the most prestigious martial arts series in Europe.

International field of participants
Both amateurs and professionals step into the Octagon at the events. All of them regularly deliver tough fights including punches, kicks and chokeholds in what is probably the toughest martial art in the world. The Cage Fight Series serves many participants as a springboard for the top UFC organization. You can find the entire program and field of participants HERE.

Local hero Bogdan Grad, who trains at the Ettl brothers' Champions Gym in Graz under their wing, also wants to recommend himself for the billion-dollar league in the main fight. To do so, the 28-year-old featherweight must score his 13th win against Caiona Batista (Bra) in his 15th professional fight. "I feel ready for it," assures Grad.

It's not just his fight that will make you click your tongue. In the co-main event, Brazilian veteran Diego Nunes (41), an ex-top 5 UFC fighter, will step into the ring. Local heroes such as Andrei Caraus, Daniel Schordje, Harry Fischer and Austria's MMA veteran Karl Painer (61!) will also be fighting among the pros.
