Even the toughest musclemen will be amazed! Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger (77) shows his funny side in a new commercial - and does gymnastics in front of the mirror to the children's song anthem "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes"!

But there is a serious message behind the funny interlude: Arnie is the new face of the "You'll Be Back" health campaign from medical technology company Zimmer Biomet Holdings. The campaign is aimed at millions of people who suffer from joint pain - be it in the hip, knee or shoulder.

In the campaign, the former governor of California invites those affected to share their stories with him.
