Flachgau cleaning company slides into insolvency

Egger PowAir Cleaning, based in Eugendorf, has slipped into insolvency, as announced by Creditreform. Around 140 creditors are affected to the tune of around 2.15 million euros. The specialist company is hoping for restructuring proceedings. 

On Wednesday, Egger PowAir Cleaning Österreich GmbH filed an application for the opening of restructuring proceedings without self-administration at the Wels Regional Court, reports Venka Stojnic from the Austrian Creditreform Association. The Eugendorf-based company specializes in the treatment and cleaning of surfaces of all kinds in industry, commerce and buildings. Compressed air is the medium used to clean all surfaces.

The company, which currently has 17 employees, is offering creditors a 20 percent restructuring plan quota payable within two years.
