According to Florian Silbereisen, they are currently the best "Lederhosen" band. The Mountain Crew describes itself as a party pop and folk rock'n'roll group. Their success proves frontman Philipp Rafetseder and his colleagues Christoph Kneidinger, Bernhard Schwaiger, Laurids Geffke and Reinhard Spindlberger right.

The five Upper Austrians are also doing very well on TikTok and Instagram, which is also the reason why their new single "Ab auf die Wiesn", which is being released today, has long been awaited by fans. Musically, they drew on the Italo evergreen "Sarà perché ti amo" by Ricchi e Poveri.
