14-year-old allegedly stole a moped

Teenagers were observed on Saturday riding a moped along a footpath and cycle path in the Lehen district of Salzburg. They then "parked" the vehicle in a bush. A witness went to the police the following day and reported the suspicious behavior. A 14-year-old boy is now suspected of having stolen the moped.

On Sunday morning, a woman went to the police to report the suspicious behavior of several young people the night before.

At around 10.30 p.m., she observed some youths riding a moped in Lehen and hiding it in a bush.

When the police investigated the area, they found a rucksack with a cordless screwdriver and a screwdriver. During the investigation, they also noticed a teenager whom they checked.

The 14-year-old from Salzburg is now suspected of having stolen the moped. The investigation is ongoing.
