Accident on the Westautobahn at the Messe exit

There were delays in early morning traffic on the Westautobahn on Tuesday. The reason was an accident on the A1 in the direction of Munich at the Messezentrum exit. One person was injured.

Due to the accident involving a truck, the emergency lane and the right-hand lane were closed for an hour. As a result, the traffic jam on the Westautobahn stretched all the way back to Eugendorf, and there were also long delays on all feeder roads. The loss of time amounted to an hour in some cases.
