Now the green light for merger in Eastern Styria

The municipal councils of Söchau and Fürstenfeld have already signed the "marriage contract", now the state has also given its sanctus to the "marriage" of the two East Styrian municipalities after examining all the documents submitted. The government decision will follow on Thursday.

It is a turbo merger that is taking place between Söchau and Fürstenfeld: both East Styrian municipalities said yes to the "marriage" in record time, and now the province of Styria has also given the go-ahead for the project in no time at all!
