Man (21) “walks” into doctor’s surgery with stomach stab

At around 5.15 pm, the couple went to a park near Simmeringer Hauptstraße. There they got into an argument with two youths. One of them punched the 21-year-old in the stomach. The boys then fled.

Sweater was bloody
"The 21-year-old felt an unusual stabbing pain immediately after the punch. A short time later, he noticed that his sweater was bloody", the police said in a statement.

The injured man and his girlfriend went to a nearby doctor's surgery. The doctor diagnosed a stab wound and immediately called the ambulance and police. The 21-year-old was taken to hospital.

An immediate search for the two suspects has so far been unsuccessful. The investigation is ongoing.
