How to end the rip-off with disturbance of possession

Throughout Austria, there are property owners or tenants who make a lucrative business out of enforcing claims for disturbance of possession. The motorists' clubs ARBÖ and ÖAMTC have put forward proposals on how to finally put a stop to this rip-off. We spoke to them and asked the Ministry of Justice about the problem.
