Start of a new cooking series with Silvia Schneider on LT1, where a youngster from the Mühlviertel became the topic of conversation. Who may soon be taking off on "Malle".

A career as a pop singer? "I wouldn't mind that." Young chef Dominik Süss was quick-witted at the start of the new season of "OÖ Kocht". He skillfully exploited his faux pas alongside Silvia Schneider on national television with the words: "What's the dill doing?". His TV comment became a laughing stock on Stermann and Grissemann's "Willkommen Österreich". And now a fun song has been created. "Maybe I'll go to the Ballermann, but I'm still leaving that open," says Süss jokingly.

The get-together with Silvia Schneider, award-winning chef Christian Göttfried and LT1 Managing Director Dietmar Maier was also a lot of fun. Maier revealed something new about the successful format: "After over 300 broadcasts, this year we will have two seminar farmers on board to keep the tradition alive. The ratings are higher than at the beginning, and it's as much a part of television as the news and weather."
