Multi-day party culminated in a parade

150 years of the Uttendorf Volunteer Fire Brigade were duly celebrated - now the three-day festivities have come to an end.

A large village fire on August 26, 1873, caused by two children setting fire to a fire, marked the birth of the Uttendorf Volunteer Fire Brigade. Exactly one year later, it was officially founded and mentioned in a document for the first time.

However, the 150-year history of the Floriani has not just been about firefighting operations. Because: pop star Melissa Naschenweng really heated up the party crowd last weekend in tight lederhosen.

On Saturday, however, festival-goers had to dress warmer. The predicted rain arrived in the afternoon, just as the big parade was about to begin. It was a good thing that there was a dry alternative a little later. The marquee at the bathing lake in Uttendorf awaited the mainly young visitors for the concert and disco evening.
