Little Gerhard from the northern Waldviertel region was almost tortured to death by his mother and her best friend in 2022. The two women are now on trial. The public prosecutor is demanding life imprisonment for the main defendant. The details from the indictment (see below) are almost unbearable.

They behave calmly, are modest, nice; they obediently take part in all the therapies prescribed to them. Sabine K. (33) and Regine G. (names changed), who is seven years older, are therefore regarded as "model inmates" in the Asten forensic institution in Upper Austria, where they are currently being held.
