Six Spaniards in the UEFA team for the European Championship finals

Title winners Spain made up the majority of the players selected by UEFA for the European Football Championship that ended on Sunday!

Midfielder Rodri was also named Player of the Tournament, while his 17-year-old compatriot Lamine Yamal was named Young Player of the Tournament.

With the exception of Germany's Jamal Musiala, the entire attack of the team nominated by the UEFA Technical Committee in the 4-3-3 system is made up of players from the "Furia Roja".

In addition to Rodri and Yamal, Spain also fielded Marc Cucurella, Dani Olmo, Fabian Ruiz and Nico Williams.

France appear twice
Finalists England have one representative in Kyle Walker, putting them level with Germany and Switzerland (Manuel Akanji). France appear twice with goalkeeper Mike Maignan and William Saliba.

Manchester City is the most represented club with Akanji, Rodri and Walker. There are no players from Champions League winners Real Madrid in the team of the tournament.
