A brand new, spectacular attraction awaits hikers on a wonderful circular hike in the sun above Neustift in the Stubai Valley. So let's get going!

The Stubaital has its first suspension bridge: It is just over 100 meters long and crosses a ravine above Neustift at a height of almost 50 meters. This spectacular attraction enhances this section of the "Sunnseit'n Weg" trail.

Valley and ice giants in view
A few meters into the valley from the parking lot, we cross the Ruetz and then keep to the left of the "Cappella" hotel at "Pfurtschell". We hike uphill on a road in the village and reach wonderful hillside meadows. After a stream, turn left onto the path ("Pfurtschell"). This leads first through the forest, then through meadows dotted with crocuses and cowslips to the Pfurtschellhöfe farms. Here and throughout the entire hike, we are spoiled by the sun. The views sweep across the Stubai Valley as far as the ice giants.

At the Pfurtschellhöfe farms, follow the road into the valley towards the "suspension bridge". The route soon descends and leads to the new attraction. The "Neustiftblick" viewing platform is located directly above. However, it is - officially - not yet open to the public. At almost 50 meters above ground, a ravine is now crossed on the bridge, the route then continues downhill ("Neustift-Neder"), ignoring a shortcut on the path.
