As a woman, you should also have the confidence to build up assets - you should know the opportunities and risks.

Last year, women working full-time earned 18.8 percent less than men in the same profession. This not only means a lower income, but also little scope for capital accumulation and a lower pension, which can lead to poverty in old age. Andrea Jobst-Hausleithner from the Autonomous Women's Center Linz cites "career breaks and financial dependence on a partner" as major financial traps for women.
