Ex-crack Michi Suttnig believes KAC can win the title!
Michi Suttnig is currently on home leave - and has a lot to tell. The four-time champion with KAC has been in charge of the CSSHL junior league in Canada for three years. He once played for KAC and Salzburg - now he's backing Klagenfurt as the new champions!
Three-time champion with KAC as goalie, once as goalie coach at a title. Played a total of 19 years with the Red Jackets. Nine of them in the Bundesliga - plus four years for Graz, one for Salzburg, 91 times wearing the red-white-red team jersey. Michi Suttnig from Krumpendorf has achieved a lot in Austrian ice hockey. "My highlights were certainly the second title with KAC in 2001, where I always played the whole year. Then the 2002 Olympic Games with Austria. That was an incredible experience," recalls the 50-year-old, who is currently on home leave in Krumpendorf.
