Drugs sold to minors: Two arrests
Two suspected dealers in Vienna and Lower Austria have now been arrested for allegedly selling drugs to underage girls. During a house search in the Viennese district of Döbling, 24,400 euros in cash were seized in addition to various drugs.
Their customers were just 16 and 17 years old. After extensive investigations, the Vienna State Criminal Police Office carried out a house search in Trumau, Lower Austria, last Wednesday. A 30-year-old Austrian was arrested in the process and already confessed in his interrogation.
Father flinched during the search
The handcuffs had also clicked for his father shortly beforehand. The investigators had initially searched his home. The 67-year-old tried to attack two officers. He was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
On Thursday, the investigators then searched an apartment in Sieveringer Straße in Döbling. A 27-year-old Syrian was arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking. Various drugs were seized in his apartment, including 187 LSD trips, 19 ecstasy tablets, cocaine and herbal cannabis. The investigators also found 24,400 euros in cash. The 27-year-old confessed.
The two suspected dealers were taken to a prison.
