Shots fired at passers-by with a blank-firing pistol

On Monday evening, three men allegedly aimed a blank-firing pistol at passers-by and fired shots. One of them was arrested.
In the evening hours on Rose Monday, three men were in Vienna's third district near the Stadtpark. They aimed a blank-firing pistol at passers-by and fired shots at them. A bank security employee observed the incident and immediately raised the alarm.
No stranger
The police then joined forces with WEGA to search for the three men. One of them, who was no stranger to the police, was arrested in the area of Wien Mitte station. The alarm gun was seized by the police. The 17-year-old is subject to a weapons ban.
There is currently no trace of the other two suspects and the search has been unsuccessful.
