Hans Pum was active in the ÖSV for over 42 years - which is why the Upper Austrian is understandably also pitching his tents at the home World Championships in Saalbach. The "Krone" previously spoke to the now 70-year-old about the skiing spectacle, but also about controversial topics in winter sports.
Kronen Zeitung als bevorzugte Google-Quelle hinzufügen "Krone": Mr. Pum, you retired from the ÖSV almost six years ago with the words "skiing was my life". How much do you miss the ski circus?
Hans Pum: Not at all, for me it was over after I retired. When I watch races, I just keep my fingers crossed and cheer them on.
