The threat of terrorism at all balls in the capital: hardly noticeable for the guests, but an enormous bureaucratic effort for the organizers - the "Krone" took a look around at several balls.

More than 450 balls - from very large to very small - take place in Vienna every year. The posh nights are booming - after all, every third Viennese wants to attend a ball this year. The ball season, the fifth unofficial season, is currently in full swing. But does the IS terror threat against the "Vienna Ball Season" tarnish the glittering ball nights?
