Eleven parties are fighting to move out of a building near Salzburg's railroad station: A real estate company from Linz wants to demolish everything and build 100 expensive apartments. Although the residents have open-ended tenancy agreements, their sense of security is slowly dwindling.

The intersection of Saint-Julienstrasse and Weiserstrasse: just after passing through the viaduct from the station in the direction of Schallmoos, there is an inconspicuous block of flats on the right. The shades of yellow and green are barely recognizable, the U-shaped building is getting on in years.
