Luxury real estate: luxury also in demand in Austria

Those with a lot of money like to invest in particularly exclusive real estate all over the world. Lake properties, attics and luxury homes in Austria are also in demand.

This segment is less influenced by the overall mood," says Remax Austria boss Bernhard Reikersdorfer. Lake properties are particularly popular
Lake properties and real estate in Vienna and other hotspots are particularly sought-after. Kitzbühel is at the top of many prospective buyers' wish lists. Eight of the ten most expensive single-family homes changed hands there last year. The most exclusive condominiums were found in the Austrian capital and Salzburg.
