Bad times provoke bad predictions. Nowhere is this more evident than when it comes to climate change. Recently, this was confirmed in a particularly blatant way. "Krone" science expert Dr. Christian Mähr is not a fan of these doomsday scenarios.  

A few days ago, a German professor - not named here - predicted that the average temperature would rise by 2.7 degrees by the end of the century if we do not stop climate change. A third of the currently inhabited earth would then become uninhabitable, the sea level would rise by 70 metres and up to three billion people would have to be resettled, which in turn would be the de facto end of civilization. So far, so bad.
