"Ken" be that?
Ryan Gosling under heavy “pillow face” suspicion
When Hollywood beaus like Ryan Gosling (43) or Bradley Cooper (49) walk the red carpets of the world, not only fashionistas take a close look, but also anti-ageing fans. Because the radiant youthfulness of their faces raises questions: Have they been helped along to appear so youthful? They certainly have, according to one beauty expert.
Dr. med. Dascha Berek from "Lieb dein Gesicht" told the magazine, "Gala" "Ryan Gosling's plump cheeks and Bradley Cooper's smooth forehead suggest different treatments. In Gosling's case, the contouring of the jawline indicates the use of fillers, while in Cooper's case it is more likely that tightening methods were used."
"Pillow face"
For Gosling, however, the pursuit of eternal youth may have led to an undesirable effect: the so-called "pillow face", which makes him appear somewhat puffy. This subtle difference is also noticeable when you look at Cooper's more natural facial expressions.
Cooper "less filled up"
According to the doctor, Cooper had "less filling" and "more relaxing and tightening methods", which makes his face appear more flexible.
Dr. Berek's analysis shows that Hollywood is also turning to anti-ageing methods for male stars in order to withstand the pressure of publicity. However, while some stars like Cooper focus on a harmonious aesthetic, others like Gosling are in danger of losing their characteristic features.
The secrets behind the flawless faces of the stars therefore remain a fascinating mystery - and a glimpse behind the scenes of Hollywood's beauty industry.
