Following Christoph Wiederkehr's promotion to Minister, Bettina Emmerling (NEOS) is Vienna's new Deputy Mayor and City Councillor for Integration and Education as of today. In the "Krone" interview, she talks about the problems in Favoriten, the minimum income, why she wants easier access to elections for non-Austrians and why she wants to hand over powers right from the start.
