Jasmin Ouschan takes World Championship bronze in 10-ball

Billiards ace Jasmin Ouschan has won bronze at the 10-ball World Championships in Puerto Rico, with prize money of 175,000 US dollars. 

The 38-year-old from Carinthia lost her semi-final match on Saturday against Kristina Tkatsch from Russia 1:3 after leading 1:0 in sets. As there is no small final, the former world champion can console herself with third place and a World Championship medal.

Her brother Albin also finished third in the Puerto Rico Men's Open, which was held at the same time.
