The 80-square-metre apartment in a municipal building on the outskirts of Vienna looks cozy. There are candles in pretty jars on little tables and butterflies and wooden hearts hanging on the walls. "I love crafting," says Sandra E. - 46, a civil servant by profession, divorced - immediately, "and I'm constantly embellishing my rooms with little works of art."
