After her fantastic performance at the home European Championships, the 30-year-old took time for an in-depth interview with the "Krone".

"Krone": Sofia, how important is time in nature away from sport to you?
Sofia Polcanova: Very important! Being in nature and switching off is a special kind of meditation for me.
