The authorities are puzzling over the whereabouts of the animal hoarder who has been leaving a trail of devastation through Lower Austria since 2018 and relocated her dogs in a cloak-and-dagger operation. She still has several cases and criminal proceedings pending - landlords in particular need to be careful now!

It was only in mid-June that the ban on keeping dogs issued by the district authority of Waidhofen an der Thaya was turned into a threat of such a ban by the court. At around the same time, the country's most "famous" animal hoarder - the "Krone" newspaper has been reporting on her path of devastation through the country since 2018 (!) - simply took her dogs away overnight.
