Cab stolen in Salzburg turns up again

A cab was stolen in the city of Salzburg on Tuesday evening. The unlocked vehicle returned less than 24 hours later. Money and the cab sign are missing.

Unknown perpetrators stole the unlocked cab, which was parked in Salzburg-Parsch. The criminals drove through Salzburg with the car containing the keys and parked it in the Schallmoos district.

Police officers found the abandoned car. In addition to the cab sign, the perpetrators had also stolen ATM cards and a small amount of cash.

The total amount of the loss has not yet been determined. The investigation is ongoing.
