Lenny Kravitz only celebrated his 60th birthday at the weekend. Fans can regularly see for themselves on Instagram that the rocker is simply timelessly sexy despite his milestone anniversary.

But this confession might shock some fans of the sex symbol. In an interview with the Guardian, Kravitz revealed that he hasn't had a serious relationship in nine years - and therefore no sex!

When asked whether he was serious when he once declared that he wanted to live celibately until he found the right woman, the musician explained: "Yes, it's a spiritual thing."

Finding your dream woman is not easy
Although he would love to find his "Mrs. Right", Kravitz admitted, he knows that it won't be easy. Because: "I'm very set in my ways and my lifestyle."

Is it really true what Lenny Kravitz says about his - non-existent - love life? Or is the stage star just trying to fool his fans? Because back in the 2000s, Kravitz once claimed to have lived chastely for three years. A statement that later turned out to be false.

Married only once
Incidentally, Lenny Kravitz was only married once - to Lisa Bonet from 1987 to 1993. The couple have a daughter together, Zoe Kravitz, who has enjoyed great success as an actress. However, the heartthrob has been rumored to have had many affairs - including with Naomi Campbell and Kylie Minogue.
