Cries of pain! Bayern kicker threatened with European Championship exit

Loud cries of pain could be heard at Säbener Straße on Whit Monday. Kingsley Coman, currently in rehab training, suddenly twisted his ankle and was in a lot of pain. The attacking player now fears for his participation in the European Championship. 

He really is an unlucky player! Coman had just completed an intensive running session as part of his rehabilitation on Whit Monday when he suddenly twisted his ankle. The Frenchman immediately began to scream in pain, as reported by "Sport Bild". He was holding his left knee and writhing in pain.

Already out in 2018
Rehab coach Simon Martinello rushed over, followed shortly afterwards by team doctor Jochen Hahne. He finally tested the 27-year-old's knee. He then helped Coman to his feet. Eventually, the Frenchman was able to walk with ease and hobble back to the dressing room. 

Coman is worried that he will miss the European Championships after all. After all, he has recently been working hard on his comeback from a torn inner ligament in his left knee. Coman already missed the 2018 World Cup title with France due to a syndesmosis tear.
