Darmstadt conceded another defeat in the 33rd round of the German Bundesliga. The home side, who had already been relegated before the game, were beaten 6-0 by TSG Hoffenheim on Sunday.

German Bundesliga club Hoffenheim still have a good chance of qualifying for the European Cup thanks to a 6:0 away win against relegated Darmstadt. The Hoffenheim goals on Sunday were scored by Ihlas Bebou (2nd/51st), Maximilian Beier (6th/44th), Pavel Kaderabek (22nd) and Ozan Kabak (26th). Austria team player Florian Grillitsch provided the groundwork for the first and third goals. His team equaled their highest win in Bundesliga history (2018 against Cologne).

Hoffenheim now occupy seventh place, which at least entitles them to take part in the Conference League play-off and, at best, the Europa League. Sixth place and possible Champions League qualification - in the event of Dortmund winning the Champions League - is still possible.
