Off into the ditch with a blood alcohol level of 1.94
With almost two per mille alcohol in his blood, a man caused a car accident in Salzburg on Sunday evening. He had left the A10 highway with his vehicle. He did not want to go to hospital.
A Salzburg man had a stroke of bad luck on Sunday evening on the Tauernautobahn in the direction of Germany. Shortly after the Salzburg Süd exit, the 38-year-old drove off the road to the right and ended up in the ditch. He was injured to an indeterminate degree. However, the driver did not want to go to hospital.

A breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol level of 1.94 per mille! The police confiscated the man's driver's license and banned him from continuing to drive. He will be reported to the police. The vehicle itself had to be recovered using heavy equipment.
