Holidays always mean sadness for an Upper Austrian couple. Because that's when the memories of their boy are extremely strong. Who died under mysterious circumstances in 2012. At 17, during a vacation in Mallorca.

It is on these particular days that many things come up extremely strongly. Feelings of grief, of incomprehension; and wonderful and at the same time painful memories of a time when everything was completely different. These certain days - May 1st, the day Andreas was born. The birthdays of his father, his mother, his brother, his sister. Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter.

"Our family celebrations," say Heinrich and Hannelore Kletzl, "used to be especially nice." They used to - until August 17, 2012, when their son Andreas died. At the age of 17, on a vacation in Mallorca. Why - remains unclear to this day. Although the case would probably not be difficult to solve.
