US truck accident driver likely to face criminal charges

Salzburg's police are currently finalizing the report on the course of the accident, which deals with the military truck crash in Salzburg with a trolleybus line. In addition to a good 300,000 euros in damages, which the US Army will have to pay, the soldier will now also face consequences.

The collision between a US military truck and a trolleybus line in Liefering on Monday is keeping the authorities and politicians busy. FPÖ Secretary General Christian Hafenecker, for example, called for an investigation into the circumstances of the US truck accident.
