From burnout to weak leadership: (ex-)employees of the housing association tell the "Krone" what went wrong and may have cost Director Peter Rassaerts his job.

Why are there so many dissatisfied Gswb customers, why are there more and more voices calling for far-reaching reforms at Salzburg's largest housing association following the involuntary departure of director Peter Rassaerts? The "Krone" felt the teeth of (former) employees. For understandable reasons, they did not want to appear in front of the camera, but instead talked openly about their experiences.
