Confession in front of lawyer
Stückel killer shows remorse: “He is very sorry”
Confession, remorse - and many unanswered questions: the suspect in the Peyman N. murder case has now obtained legal support after all. The fatal argument is said to have taken place in an apartment in the Weinviertel region.
Further details are now emerging in the gruesome crime thriller from the Marchfeld Canal. After the 38-year-old suspect had initially - as reported - dispensed with a lawyer, he has now apparently changed his mind. Top lawyer Manfred Arbacher-Stöger is representing the Iranian. He only took on the client on Thursday and now has to wade through the gruesome case.
My client has fully confessed to the crime. He is terribly sorry. I now have to read through the file in more detail.

According to the file, there had been a fatal argument about money between the compatriots - both active in the food delivery business - in the now arrested man's apartment in Weinviertel (Lower Austria). The younger man then allegedly beat the older man (45) to death with a blunt object - allegedly a hoe. The murder investigators from the Vienna State Criminal Police Office are still keeping mum about the further background to the bloody deed. The same applies to possible dubious dealings beyond pizza, schnitzel, spring rolls, burgers and the like.
Not all body parts have been found yet
Apparently, not all of the body parts that were dumped have been "fished" out of the Marchfeld Canal near the Danube Island leisure oasis. The ball was set rolling by an amateur angler who pulled part of a lower leg ashore in mid-January. The victim's head was later recovered. The sharp-edged tool used to dismember the father of a daughter is also still missing.
