A self-proclaimed "animal rights activist" has been causing a lot of trouble in Lower Austria since 2018 with a huge pack of four-legged friends. Acrid smells and noise have already caused uproar among neighbors and mayors in at least five locations in Lower Austria. Given the huge pack of 40 to 60 dogs with which the self-proclaimed animal rights activist has been "touring" the entire country since 2018, this is hardly surprising - as the "Krone" reported time and again.
