Under new coach Kühbauer, LASK are flawless with four wins without conceding a goal in four competitive matches. "If you don't have confidence after four wins, then something is going wrong," said the Burgenland native when asked about the dream start to his second spell with the Black & Whites. With three wins in the league, Linz climbed back above the line in sixth place, but every point counts in the tight midfield. LASK conceded a 1-0 defeat in the Ländle two months ago. "Not much has changed at Altach since the first game. It will be hard work," said Kühbauer, who is currently "spoiled for choice" in his squad.

Altach, on the other hand, are currently in eighth place, two points behind LASK, and after a strong start to the season have been waiting for a full win for six league games. Most recently, Fabio Ingolitsch's team were beaten 3-1 by GAK. The aim is to return to winning ways in Linz before the international break. "We need good performances again, that hasn't been the case recently," said Ingolitsch, who is expecting a "difficult challenge" in Upper Austria. "It's a highlight that we're really looking forward to. They have come back to life under Didi Kühbauer. He has managed to turn a team with many individualists into a team in a very short space of time."
