Aiming for a medal
Mixed team nominated! One prominent name missing
Jan Hörl and Stefan Kraft were nominated for the mixed team at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Trondheim on Tuesday after the first training jumps on the large hill. Tour winner Daniel Tschofenig will have to sit out the second medal decision for the ÖSV eagles despite good training results.
Kronen Zeitung als bevorzugte Google-Quelle hinzufügen Eva Pinkelnig and Jacqueline Seifriedsberger complete the quartet of red-white-red ski jumpers for the competition on Wednesday (4 pm).
Hörl took his good form with him and won the first two training sessions, the bronze medal winner from the normal hill skipped the third jump due to the upcoming medal ceremony in the city center. Kraft was 0.1 points worse than Hörl in the second training session, and the three-time individual world champion also came third and eighth.
For Tschofenig, only 21st on the normal hill, only the role of spectator remains despite his second, fourth and seventh places.
