Will Red Bull enter France after Klopp deal?

Red Bull is likely to expand its soccer activities to France in the near future. As the sports daily L'Equipe reported online on Wednesday, the Austrian group, together with luxury goods giant LVMH, is on the verge of acquiring a majority stake in second division club Paris FC.

It was only on Tuesday that Red Bull announced that it had brought Jürgen Klopp on board. The successful German coach will become "Head of Global Soccer" at the beverage group from Fuschl.

With RB Leipzig (Germany), Red Bull Salzburg (Austria), the New York Red Bulls (USA), Bragantino (Brazil) and Omiya Ardija (Japan), the Red Bull empire currently includes five soccer clubs worldwide.
