Smartwatches that measure physical fitness and display the time and notifications can be seen on more and more wrists. However, they are often oversized for pure activity monitoring; fitness bands worn on the wrist are more economical for this purpose. But there are even lighter and more delicate options, and there are now even intelligent rings for the finger. Krone+ has tested this innovation for you.
It is marketed under the Blaupunkt brand, which has no longer existed as an electronics company for several years, but is licensed to companies - in this case Skyteam Smart Solutions. The Blaupunkt ring, which is available in two differently priced versions, aims to "put all known fitness trackers in the shade", is the provider's full-bodied advertising promise. Is the Blaupunkt ring really that good? In the test, it showed some strengths, but also weaknesses.
