Truck hits bus at traffic circle – two injured

The collision between a truck and a bus in Längenfeld shortly before midday on Monday fortunately ended relatively lightly. Two people on the bus suffered minor injuries in the accident.

A 44-year-old Romanian was driving the bus into the valley at around 11.50 am. At the same time, a 44-year-old Hungarian was traveling out of the valley in a truck. The collision occurred at a traffic circle.

The two vehicles collided sideways, breaking three windows of the bus. Two passengers suffered minor injuries as a result.

The Red Cross with three teams, the Längenfeld fire department with 15 men and two police patrols were involved in the rescue and clean-up operations.
