Duo robbed pensioner in broad daylight

The police are still in the dark days later: On Tuesday, a pensioner from Flachgau withdrew almost 10,000 euros from a bank in the city of Salzburg. She stashed the money in her handbag - two criminals probably observed this.

The 78-year-old woman got on a bus not far from the bank and rode along for one stop. She left the trolleybus and made her way to a grocery store. Suddenly, two strangers pulled the woman to the ground and robbed her of her handbag and the money she had just withdrawn. The woman was injured and the perpetrators were able to flee.
