Zoidl and Pernsteiner celebrate a double victory

Riccardo Zoidl and Hermann Pernsteiner celebrated a double victory at the Tour of Greece one day after the success of their Felt-Felbermayr team colleague Felix Ritzinger. 

Zoidl won Friday's queen stage from Karditsa to the mountain arrival in Velouchi (158 km) 34 seconds ahead of Pernsteiner and 1:22 minutes ahead of the Italian Valerio Conti (Corratec). Zoidl also took the overall lead from Ritzinger and ahead of Pernsteiner in the Tour, which runs until Sunday.

"Finally, after a long time, we've managed to win again. I'm really happy about our double victory and for the whole team," said the 36-year-old former Austrian Tour winner Zoidl. The Wels team's day of success was marred by a serious crash involving Josef Dirnbauer, who had to be taken to hospital with a collarbone injury.
