Supermodel Toni Garrn (31) rarely talks about private matters, but that changes in Valeria Lipovetsky's "Not alone" podcast. Together with the influencer, the model talked about her therapy and confessed: "I've tried about ten therapists."

Apparently, none of her many therapists have been the right fit so far. According to Toni Garrn, only one therapist in Los Angeles was good, but due to the time difference, it was no longer a good fit.

Men's problems are discussed in English
Language was also a big problem. The 31-year-old model, who was brought up in German, continued in the podcast that she could not open up in German. In English, on the other hand, she seems to find it easier.

She has never had a relationship with a German man and as she mostly talks about men in therapy, she can do this better in English. Garrn also explained: "I'm a different person when I'm in Germany."

Garrn feels a "lot of guilt" towards daughter
The two also spoke in the podcast about their relationships with their children and the balance between family and career. Toni Garrn confessed that she feels "a lot of guilt" towards her daughter Luca (2).

 The supermodel tries to do her daughter justice so that they have a lot of time together, but her daughter can also build up a stable social environment. However, Garrn also realizes that Luca needs a fixed routine.
